  • Saying lots: car, dappa (dummy), toast, sandwich, dada, gandad,  mu (murray), bik (biscuit), shower, ok, gone (holds hands up and shakes head), can make animal noises - cow, sheep, dog, cat and horse
  • Have become really clingy to dummy and cries and stamps feet if we take them off you.
  • Started to have tantrums when you don't get what you want.  On the ground stamping feet, throwing arms.  I ignore you and you FINALLY stop.
  • Been using the time out mat still when I threaten mat you seem to know and stop what you are doing.
  • I don't smack your hand anymore as it does nothing and you just hit me back.
  • You have started being really defiant, if you don't get what you want or I'm not giving you enough attention, you push your books off the shelf or coffee table and makes the ooowww noise.  It looks really funny.
  • You love being outside so I'm going to organise activities in the afternoon as you get really bored I brought side walk chalk and you love this.
  • Love having a bath, plays well, was really cute when we had a bath together you just lay there playing with your toys, when we leave you wave goodbye to the bath.
  • Love going in the car, any excuse (car, car, car) and get very upset if we don't take you.
  • You eat too much junk food have to get you eating fruit and crackers instead, you snack so much you wont eat tea unless its tuna and rice.
  • Been really good at daycare, eating well, making friends.
  • Had another double ear infection same sort that caused febrile convulsion last time we ended up in hospital over night.  I heard a noise at 8.45pm, went in and you were really hot and wide-eyed, I took you to your dad and then you started shaking making rasping noises.  It was the scariest thing ever.  Rung the ambulance it took 15mins to get there.  You convulsed for another 10 mins before we went to hospital
  • Had your first haircut on Wednesday 8th Novemeber, was so good.  You sat there looking straight ahead, you would turn to have a little chat and then turn back.  You are the cutest and look like a little boy now.  You saw Jill & Jim walk past and you were yelling and screaming.  You did your dad proud as e went to his barber Kevin, he as honoured to do the first cut and wouldnt let us pay for it.
